I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Heliopolis, just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. There were several aspects of the hotel that I particularly liked: - Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, having access to one of the newest malls in the area was a definite advantage, providing various shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. - Cleanliness and Spaciousness: The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. - Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and consistently displayed a high level of professionalism. - Room Upgrade: We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The renovated bedrooms are very comfy. The wall colors and light inside the bedrooms are appreciated. You can easily work all day in the bedroom, the mini bar is well equipped.

I don't like this hotel because they are cheating with their customers by taking itune card i got very bad experience with this hotel, and also when I ask to book taxi the are asking money like we are money printing machine. And after the deal their car driver was asking for extra money again and again like begger. I will suggest everyone do not book this hotel. And this hotel cost is very high on booking website better to you go there and then book the hotel. This my review for intercontinental cario Citystar IHG hotel. Kindly save you money this not worth for this much hug amount.
